This GUS organised symposium will present and discuss issues related to different approaches, strategies and technologies related to the product qualification process. The symposium will examined how environmental influences must be considered during product development in order to ensure sustainable and reliability products, to ensure satisfied customer.
The characterization of materials and products plays a significant role in the assessment of the of the product quality. The symposium will address how environmental influences must be measured and subsequently reproduced under controlled conditions. In order to undertake a comprehensive assessment of the effects of the environment on the product, as well as the products effect on the environment.
Product qualification and associated environmental simulation has an interdisciplinary character. As such this symposium is intended to be a communication and discussion platform for partners from a wide variety of industries.
